Delivery info

Delivery is free to UK mainland, excluding parts of Scotland, Highlands or Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight where there may be an excess charge for delivery so please contact us with your post code for delivery charges.

Orders will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on destination & weight.

Please note that if it is not possible or not appropriate to check the contents of the parcel on receipt then when signing, you must state ITEM UNCHECKED on delivery note.

A pack of 2 window vents will allow your pet some air flow into your car to keep your dog comfortable when travelling.

Please note:
This vent is designed to safely allow a flow of air into the vehicle for the dog whilst travelling. The vents will provide added ventilation into a stationary vehicle. However, it is not receommended that pets are left unattended in the vehicle with the vents in place as they will not secure the windows.

REMEMBER: DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG UNATTENDED IN THE CAR IN HOT WEATHER AS THIS CAN CAUSE DISCOMFORT AND EVEN DEATH
